Habanero Hot Sauce

I N G R E D I E N T S

6 habanero peppers
2 large cloves garlic
2/3 cup red onion
1/2 large carrot
6 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
Pinch xanthan gum

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Simmer about 15 min.
  3. Now is a good time to can or bottle it. </ol>
